Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Doubletree Hotel in Oak Ridge, Tennessee for a rate of $95/night, which includes a full breakfast.  The cutoff to reserve a room in the DoubleTree Hotel at the workshop rate has passed. If you didn't reserve your lodging yet and would like to stay in the DoubleTree Hotel, please contact the hotel directly at 1-865-481-2468 and ask for Julie Sullivan.  Based on availability, they may still be able to book your room at the group rate.

Travel

By auto

If renting a car, you may download several maps here which give directions to the DoubleTree Hotel, the Joint Institute for Computational Sciences (JICS) at ORNL where the meetings will be held, and parking locations.

By taxi

If not renting a car, the best way to travel from the Knoxville airport is by taxi to the hotel.  If you need to go directly to ORNL, we recommend the following taxis companies whose drivers already have security badges:
